Services Capabilities & Engagement Models

One accountable team.
All three trades.

Civil. Mechanical. Electrical. Self-performed under a single EPC schedule, with sponsor-grade documentation and commissioning that holds up under lender review.

i & ii What & Who

What we build,
who we build it for.

i. What We Build.

  • High-Density Compute Facilities — MW-class power-dense sites with immersion, direct-to-chip, or air cooling.
  • Modular Power Infrastructure — containerized, prefab, deployable systems.
  • Industrial Power Systems — substations, switchgear, MV/LV distribution.
  • Site Civil & Foundations — pad prep, utility runs, structural integration.
  • Mission-Critical M/E — full mechanical & electrical under one accountable roof.

ii. Who We Serve.

  • High-Density Compute & Mining Operators scaling to MW-class sites.
  • Compute Infrastructure Developers — edge, modular, mid-market builds.
  • Infrastructure & Real-Asset Funds deploying capital into power.
  • Industrial & Modular Operators needing turnkey power infra.
  • Site Owners & Lenders requiring sponsor-grade execution.
iii & iv Differentiation & Engagement

Why partners choose us,
where we plug in.

iii. Why Partners Choose Us.

  • Single Accountable EPC — one schedule, one risk owner.
  • Cross-Trade Self-Perform across civil, mechanical & electrical.
  • 30+ MW Activated — proven Texas execution at scale.
  • Sponsor- & Lender-Grade documentation & commissioning.
  • Built Right the First Time — commissioned to nameplate.

iv. Where We Help.

  • Greenfield EPC — site selection through energization.
  • Brownfield Retrofit & expansion of existing facilities.
  • Owner's Representative & technical advisory.
  • Design-Build & Engineering Studies for deal underwriting.
  • Commissioning & Long-Term O&M partnerships.
Process How We Engage

Five phases.
One accountable schedule.

Phase 01

Discovery

Site, load profile, schedule, budget. We listen first and identify the binding constraints before scoping anything. No premature commitments, no theatrical posturing — just an honest assessment of what we're dealing with.

Phase 02

Engineering Study

Design-build study or technical advisory engagement that gives you a sponsor-ready basis-of-design, single-line diagrams, thermal/electrical load analysis, and a credible cost & schedule. Deliverable: a package you can put in front of capital.

Phase 03

EPC Contract

Single-prime EPC scope. One schedule, one risk owner, one accountable team for civil, mechanical, and electrical execution. Contract terms aligned with sponsor and lender expectations.

Phase 04

Build & Energize

Self-perform across trades. Sponsor-grade documentation flows in real time. Punch list managed before commissioning, not after. Weekly schedule updates, transparent risk surfacing.

Phase 05

Commission & O&M

Commissioned to nameplate, performance validated against the BOD, handed off with the full close-out package (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranty docs). Optional long-term O&M partnership for sites we deliver.

FAQ Common Questions

Frequently asked.

Do you work outside of Texas?

Yes. BCGC is headquartered in Texas with deep regional execution capacity, but we deliver across the United States. For sites outside Texas, we typically scope mobilization and any regional sub-trade coordination during the engineering study.

What's the smallest project you'll take?

We're sized for MW-class power-dense work. Sub-megawatt projects are usually not a fit for our self-perform model, but we'll point you toward someone better suited if that's the case. Engineering studies and Owner's Rep engagements have no minimum.

How do you handle long-lead procurement?

Long-lead items (transformers, switchgear, mechanical equipment) are identified and ordered during the engineering study or early in the EPC schedule. Procurement strategy is documented in the BOD package; sponsors see the full long-lead schedule from day one.

What does "sponsor-grade documentation" mean in practice?

Basis-of-design, single-line electrical diagrams, mechanical schematics, thermal performance modeling, commissioning plans, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranty paperwork — all packaged in the format lenders and sponsors actually need to underwrite and refinance.

Can you work with our existing engineer of record?

Yes. If you have an EOR in place, we'll coordinate scope boundaries clearly at contracting. Many of our sponsors prefer this; some prefer us to provide engineering as part of the EPC scope. Both work.

How do you price an engagement?

Engineering studies and Owner's Rep work are typically fixed-fee. EPC contracts are scoped against the BOD — usually lump-sum or GMP depending on sponsor preference. We don't hide change orders; assumptions and exclusions are spelled out in the contract.
